Sproutz: Policies and FAQs
- Can I drop off my child early?
- Children can be accepted as early as 6:30am, not earlier.
- Can I pick up my child late?
- Sproutz enforces a strict "15 minute" late-policy. For the first 15 minutes of every hour after 6:00pm, you are charged $30, with a minimum charge of $30.
- Do you do weekends/after hours care?
- Weekend, after hours, and holiday care can be arranged given the availablity of our staff. Please contact us for more info.
- When is payment due?
- Payment is due two weeks in advance, starting the first day of service, and on every other Friday afterwards.
- Do you accept credit card?
- Yes, we can accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express with an additional $5 processing fee.
- Do you accept Military/Government compensation programs?
- No, unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept these methods of payment.
